Our team will review your request and may request additional information if necessary. We aim to respond within 10 business days with a decision.

Approval & Processing: 
If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 15 business days. Please note that transaction fees or any bank processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Non-Refundable Services 
Certain services may be non-refundable, including:

Initial consultation fees

Custom development work that has progressed beyond the planning or prototyping stage

Services where significant resources have already been allocated 
These terms will be clearly communicated during the proposal and agreement phase.

5. Cancellation by Client 
Before Work Commencement: 
If you cancel the project before work has commenced, you may be eligible for a full refund, subject to a nominal administrative fee.

After Work Commencement: 
Cancellation after the project has begun may result in a partial refund based on work completed to date. An itemized account of work and expenses will be provided.

6. Dispute Resolution 
If you are dissatisfied with a project outcome, we encourage you to contact our support team immediately so that we can work towards a resolution. In cases where a mutual agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved according to the terms specified in our Terms & Conditions.

7. Modifications to the Refund Policy 
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website, and continued use of our services will signify your acceptance of the updated policy.
